Personal data

This site has no user accounts and no forms. Visits are measured anonymously, without cookies and without profiling: no data that could identify you is collected or kept by the publisher.

• Analytics: the site uses Matomo, installed on the publisher's own server (`matomo.sebastiengillard.fr`). Nothing is passed to a third party. No cookie is set, your IP address is truncated before it is stored, and your browser's “Do Not Track” signal is honoured. Measurement is limited to the pages viewed, where you came from and the type of device; it falls under the consent exemption set out by the French data protection authority (CNIL).
• Cookies: no cookie is set. Your choice of the light or dark theme is kept in your browser's local storage (`localStorage`); it never leaves your device and can be cleared from the browser settings.
• Server logs: the host records IP addresses and requests for security and for the proper running of the service, under its own terms.
• Fonts: typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited), which passes your IP address to that service.
• Videos: the films are hosted on YouTube (Google) and shown through the `youtube-nocookie.com` domain. The player only loads when you click play: until you do, nothing is sent to YouTube.
• External links: the complete galleries are hosted on Adobe Portfolio, and some pages link out to third-party sites. Once those sites are open, their own rules apply.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection, which you may exercise by writing to the publisher.
